When applying for dependants (spouse, children) alongside a main applicant, dependent applications are charged at 40–50% of the main application fee. We prepare main and dependent applications simultaneously to ensure consistency across all documents.
These are paid directly by you to the relevant authority. Amounts correct as of January 2025 — always verify current rates on official government websites.
Do you charge if my visa is refused?
Our service fee is non-refundable after application submission, as the work has been completed. We assess every case honestly in the free consultation — we will tell you if we think the application is weak before you commit.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — instalment arrangements can be agreed in writing. Typically 50% upfront and 50% before submission. We are flexible and will find a payment structure that works for you.
Do you charge for a reapplication if the first one fails?
A reapplication is a new application and is quoted and charged separately. The fee for a reapplication is confirmed separately based on the work required.
Why do fees vary within a range?
Immigration cases vary in complexity. A straightforward student visa with complete documents takes less work than a complex skilled worker application for a niche occupation. Your fixed fee is confirmed before any work begins.
Can I pay in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees)?
Yes — for Sri Lankan clients, fees can be quoted and paid in LKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of engagement. All fees are confirmed in writing.
