Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for First Class Immigration professional service fees. Please read this policy before making payment.

Free Initial Consultation

The first 15-minute consultation is free. No refund applies to a free consultation.

Professional Service Fees

Professional fees are charged for agreed services such as document review, application preparation guidance, refusal review, business plan support, forms assistance or other immigration support. Once paid work has started, fees may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

Government visa fees, embassy or consulate fees, biometric fees, medical fees, translation fees, courier fees, third-party fees, bank charges, payment processing fees and work already completed by First Class Immigration are normally non-refundable.

Refund Before Work Starts

If a client cancels before any paid work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting any administration, payment processing or third-party charges.

Refund After Work Starts

If work has already started, any refund will depend on the stage of work completed. Fees for completed work, time spent, document review, advice already given or prepared materials may be deducted.

Visa Refusal

A visa refusal does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. First Class Immigration does not control government decisions and does not guarantee visa approval.

Client Delay or Non-Cooperation

If a client fails to provide documents, gives incorrect information, delays communication or chooses not to continue, fees for work already completed will not be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made in writing to refunds@firstclassimmigrations.com with the subject line Refund Request. Please include your full name, service type, payment date and reason for the refund request.

Review Time

We aim to review refund requests within 14 working days.
